AA Foundry LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates InstallerDesk, a shop management platform for automotive wrap, paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (installerdesk.com), our application (app.installerdesk.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address.
Customer Data: As a shop management platform, InstallerDesk stores data you enter about your customers, including their names, contact information, vehicle details, service history, invoices, quotes, and warranty records. You are the data controller for your customer data; we process it on your behalf.
Payment Information: We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) who maintain their own security and privacy practices.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, IP address, and timestamps. This data is used solely to improve the Service.

InstallerDesk enables shop owners to send transactional SMS and email notifications to their end customers. These messages are sent through third-party providers (Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email) on behalf of the shop.
Consent: End customers consent to receive messages when they provide their mobile number and check the SMS-consent box on a shop's public booking form, during the service intake process, or when a shop owner adds them with their verbal or written consent. All messages are transactional in nature and relate to active services, quotes, invoices, or appointments.
Opt-out: End customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP returns shop support contact information. End customers may opt out of email notifications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting the shop directly. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on active services. Typical volume is 1 to 10 messages per month per active job or quote. Messages include job status updates, quote and invoice links, and appointment confirmations.
Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile information are excluded from third-party sharing, except with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messages you are receiving (for example, Twilio for SMS delivery). We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to any third party.

Customer data entered by shop owners is retained according to the shop owner's instructions and applicable warranty periods.

Our marketing website (installerdesk.com) does not use third-party tracking cookies. Our application (app.installerdesk.com) uses essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens) and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Shop websites built with InstallerDesk use a minimal first-party analytics beacon that collects anonymous page view data (page URL, device type, referrer) without personally identifiable information.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
